Palo Santo Sticks
- Prepare Your Space: Open windows or doors to allow negative energy to leave and positive energy to flow in.
- Light Your Palo Santo: Hold the Palo Santo stick at a 45-degree angle, light the end, and let it burn for about 20 seconds before blowing out the flame. The embers will produce a steady stream of smoke.
- Smudge Mindfully: Use a feather or your hand to guide the smoke around your space, body, or objects. Move in a clockwise direction to invite positivity and counterclockwise to banish negativity.
- Set Your Intentions: As you smudge, focus on your intentions. Whether it's clearing negativity, inviting love, or grounding yourself, let your thoughts align with your actions.
- Extinguish Safely: When finished, gently press the Palo Santo stick into a fireproof bowl (or beautiful shell such as Paua) or sand to extinguish the embers.

NZ Couriers (who makes all my deliveries) can not deliver to a PO Box, unless you have otherwise made arrangements with your local courier driver, giving them access to your mail, by giving your Courier driver your PO box keys.
