Sacred Stillness with Cacao

Join us for a deeply nourishing day in nature, designed to bring you back to yourself through presence, stillness, and connection. This sacred gathering for women is a chance to slow down, breathe, and embrace the beauty of simply being.

We’ll begin by sharing a cup of rich, heart-opening ceremonial cacao, allowing its warmth and wisdom to gently guide us into the day. From there, we’ll flow through breathwork, meditation, and gentle movement, tuning into the rhythm of nature and the wisdom within.

There will be space to wander, reflect, and simply be—whether that means journaling beneath the trees, sitting in stillness, or immersing yourself in the cool embrace of the river. A nourishing light lunch will be provided, and you’ll also have the opportunity to relax and unwind in the sauna, letting the warmth sink deep into your body and soul.

This is your day to connect with like-minded women, honor the quiet whispers of your heart, and soak in the peace that only nature can offer.
