Are your Friday night partying days behind you? But you still feel like celebrating in some way? Then come and join me for a cup of Keith's Ceremonial Cacao followed by a handful of restorative yoga shapes, accompanied to some chill-but-funky downbeat electronic music. This is music that you nearly want to dance to - but not quite! There will be opportunity to move your body a bit, in gentle flow, if the music calls you to do this. But otherwise you can just rest your mind and body and let your nervous system reset.
