KEITH'S CACAO
Keith's Cacao is 100% pure, made with intent, from purposely-selected, minimally-processed beans.
Ceremonial Cacao has a distinctive taste that is quite different from regular processed chocolate. It is rich, it is earthy, it is bitter (if no sweetener is added) and if you're new to drinking Ceremonial Cacao, it can be hard to imagine how a block of solid paste becomes a deliciously lush beverage.
WHY AND HOW?
With unmatched batch-to-batch consistency, Keith's Cacao is possibly the finest Ceremonial Cacao in the world (in my opinion).
And it tastes like it!
First tasters are often amazed by how a few grams of Keith's Cacao mixed with nothing but hot water yields a beverage with such a full, rich, satisfying flavour. You may love it so much you will want to always drink it like that (I do!). Or you may choose to add things such as a natural sweetener, turmeric, cinnamon, ashwaganda, mushrooms, plant-based milk - the possibilities are pretty much endless!
Remember: there is no right way to make Cacao, there is only your way. So long as you do not overcook and undermix your Cacao, you can make up your own perfect cup of hot or cold drink with Keith's Cacao any way you like it.
BENEFITS OF KEITH'S CEREMONIAL CACAO
Ceremonial Cacao is a superfood. It is plant medicine at its finest. It is the purest form of chocolate, with nothing added and nothing taken away.
The cacao bean is fermented, lightly roasted and then pressed into a block. It is not tempered (heat treated), the way chocolate is. No sugar or milk is added.
Keith’s Ceremonial Cacao comes from Guatemala, from small villages where the workers are known and treated
well. Although it is not certified organic, it is, essentially, organic.
Keith’s Ceremonial Cacao is packed full of nutrients:
Magnesium, Iron, Potassium, Zinc, Copper
Vitamins A, E, K and all the Bs

****Anandamides are endocannabinoids, named from the Sanskrit word “Ananda”, meaning BLISS!
